Purpose:

  Mainly applicable for the control and protection of the starting and stopping of squirrel cage asynchronous and synchronous motors. It uses high-quality series connected thyristors to continuously control the output voltage, ensuring smooth starting and stopping of the motor. It has fault protection functions such as overload, phase loss, and peak overcurrent during starting. Using it can effectively avoid harmful impacts on the power grid caused by excessive starting current of the motor, and can use high-power motors normally and extend their service life under limited power grid capacity.

Multiple starting methods

  Voltage linear curve starting, voltage exponential curve starting, current linear curve starting, current exponential curve starting. And programmable jump starting torque and starting current limits can be applied in each mode. The unique basic algorithm makes the motor start and stop more accurate and smooth.

  Equipped with RS485 communication interface, it facilitates user network connection control, improves the automation level and reliability of the system. Embedded Modbus standard protocol for easy configuration and connection.

Friendly human-machine interface

  Adopting a 7-inch touch screen human-machine interface for display and operation, the starting current curve can be displayed in real time during startup, and a dedicated setting interface is also set up to make parameter setting and adjustment more convenient, and fault and real-time monitoring more intuitive.
