1、 Overview

The intelligent digital display alarm instrument adopts a dedicated integrated instrument chip, and the measurement input and transmission output adopt digital calibration and self calibration technology, with precise and stable measurement, eliminating measurement errors caused by temperature drift and time drift. This series of instruments adopts surface mount technology and is designed with multiple protection and isolation measures. It has passed EMC electromagnetic compatibility testing and has strong anti-interference ability, high reliability, and high cost-effectiveness.

Intelligent digital display instruments have multiple types of input programmable functions. One instrument can be matched with different input signals (thermocouple/thermistor/linear voltage/linear current/linear resistance/frequency, etc.), and the display range, alarm control, etc. can be set by the user on site. It can be used in conjunction with various sensors and transmitters to achieve measurement, display, adjustment, alarm control, data acquisition and recording of physical quantities such as temperature, pressure, liquid level, capacity, force, etc. Its scope of application is very wide.

The intelligent digital display instrument displays the measured value (PV) and set value (SV) with dual row four digit LED, and simulates the percentage of measured value with single or dual color light column. It also has zero and full correction, cold end compensation, digital filtering, communication interface, and four alarm modes. 1-4 relay alarm outputs can be selected, and transmission outputs or standard communication interfaces (RS485 or RS232C) outputs can be selected.

Thermal resistance: Pt100、Cu100、Cu50、BA2、BA1; Lead resistance compensation range ≤ 15 Ω

DC voltage: 0-20mV, 0-75mV, 0-20mV, 0-5V, 1-5V; 0-10V (to be specified when ordering, incompatible with other signals)

DC current: 0-10mA, 4-20mA

Linear resistance: 0-400 Ω

Frequency: 1Hz-5KHz (this function needs to be specified separately and is not compatible with other signals input). 6. Transmission output accuracy: same as measurement accuracy

7. Analog input impedance: current signal Ri ≈ 150 Ω; Voltage signal Ri=700K Ω

8. Simulated output load capacity:

Current signal: Ro ≤ 500 Ω when outputting 4-20mA; Ro ≤ 1K Ω when outputting 0-10mA

Voltage signal: The input impedance Ri of the external instrument is required to be ≥ 250K Ω, otherwise the output accuracy after connecting the external instrument cannot be guaranteed
