1、 Overview

  This instrument is based on a microprocessor, fully functional, has communication capabilities, and can be used in conjunction with various flow transmitters and sensors. The XSJ-300 model does not have temperature and pressure compensation function, while the XSJ-600 model has temperature and pressure compensation function.

  The LCD display adopts a dot matrix LCD screen (128 x 64), which makes the Chinese display interface more convenient; Due to careful reliability design, the instrument has good electromagnetic compatibility and reliability.

  The instrument can perform accurate online calculations on the following fluids

  Steam, general gas, natural gas, liquid

2、 Functional Features

Can accept the following types of input signals

(1) Measure the flow input signal

Analog flow signal (AI1): Differential pressure or linear flow signal (4-20mA. DC, 0-10mA. DC, or 0-20mA) DC)

Frequency flow signal (f): 1-10000Hz

(2) Measure pressure/density input signal (AI2)

Pressure or density transmitter analog signal (4-20mA. DC, 0-10mA. DC, or 0-20mA) DC)

(3) Measure temperature input signal

Thermal resistance Pt100 or K, E, T indexing thermocouple signal

Temperature transmitter analog signal (AI3): (4-20mA. DC, 0-10mA. DC or 0-20mA DC)

The input signals for flow, temperature, or pressure can all be 0-5V DC or 1-5V DC, Please specify when placing an order

● Can provide transmitter+24V DC,+12V. DC power supply (with short-circuit protection function) can provide upper and lower limit alarm functions for cumulative quantity, instantaneous quantity, temperature, pressure, etc. to simplify the system and save investment, as well as cumulative quantity pulse output function

● Simple fault-tolerant function: When temperature, pressure/density compensation measurement signals are abnormal, use the corresponding manual set values for compensation calculation

The instrument clock and paperless recording function bring convenience to measurement management

Rich self diagnostic functions make the instrument easier to use and maintain

Password setting can prevent unauthorized personnel from changing the set data

There are no adjustable devices such as potentiometers or toggle switches inside the instrument, thereby improving its vibration resistance, stability, and reliability

The specially designed WDT circuit and power on reset circuit ensure the normal operation of the instrument when powered on, using reliable ferroelectric data storage to prevent data loss when powered off, with a protection time of 10 years

In addition to conventional temperature compensation, pressure compensation, density compensation, and temperature pressure compensation, this table can also be used for:

Compensate for the 'compressibility coefficient' (Z) of general gases

Compensate for the 'over compression coefficient' (Fpv) of natural gas

Compensation for non-linear flow coefficient and upper and lower limits of protocol flow

Compensate for the expansion coefficient of the flow beam in the differential pressure flowmeter

Especially in terms of steam flow measurement and wet gas flow measurement, this table is very comprehensive

Using configuration mode, a flow integrator has all the above functions. For users, this table can be used to solve various flow measurement problems without knowing the operating parameters or sensor parameters

Provide+24V DC and 12V DC independent external power supply, used for supplying power to frequency flow transmitters. The frequency flow signal input is isolated from the host, and one of the two is chosen to ensure a load capacity of 100mA with overcurrent protection

(2) Measure pressure/density input signal (AI2)

4~20mA . DC, 0-10mA. DC or 0-20mA DC, Keyboard setting selection

(3) Measure temperature input signal (-200-560 ℃)

Thermal resistance; Pt100 divided three wire input, single wire resistance ≤ 10 Ω

Thermocouples: K, E, T divisions, etc

Analog temperature signal (AI3): 4-20mA. DC, 0-10mA. DC, or 0-20mA DC, Keyboard setting selection

You can choose to transmit and output signals such as flow rate, pressure, or temperature
