1、 Usage conditions
This product is mainly used in the thin oil circulation system of chemical machinery equipment. Its working medium viscosity grade is N22-N460 (equivalent to ISOVG22-460) industrial lubricating oil. The cooling device adopts a tubular oil cooler and the nominal oil supply pressure of the thin oil lubrication device is 0.5MPa; The filtration accuracy is 0.08mm when the viscosity is low; 0.12mm at high viscosity; Cooling water temperature ≤ 32 ℃; Cooling water pressure ≤ 0.4Mpa; When the inlet oil temperature of the cooler is 50 ℃, the oil temperature drops by ≥ 8 ℃, and the steam pressure is 0.2~0.4Mpa; The pump port pressure should be greater than 0.63Mpa. When the resistance of filters, coolers, etc. reaches high values, if the oil supply pressure is 0.5Mpa, the pump port pressure needs to be increased.
The small thin oil lubrication devices from XHZ-6.3 to XHZ-125 are shipped as a whole, while the medium-sized thin oil lubrication devices from XHZ-60 to XHZ-500 are packaged separately and shipped separately; The large thin oil lubrication devices XHZ-630~2000 and XHZ-630A~2000A (with pressure tank and 'A') are supplied as complete sets of loose parts and welded and assembled on site.
2、 Working principle
The oil is discharged from the oil pump through a one-way valve, a shut-off valve, a double tube mesh filter, and an oil cooler, and then directly flows to the lubrication point. It then flows back to the oil tank through the return oil filter along the system's return main pipe. The nominal pressure of the pump should be greater than 0.63MPa (i.e. the outlet pressure of the pump), and the oil supply pressure of the thin oil lubrication device is 0.5Mpa (i.e. the outlet oil port pressure). The thin oil lubrication device is equipped with a pressure tank, and its gas source pressure is 0.5-0.6MPa.
During normal operation, one toothed rotary pump is in operation and the other is on standby. It is controlled to be used alternately through a switch. The outlet of the pump is equipped with a safety valve to avoid overloading of the oil pump. The set opening pressure of this valve is 0.63Mpa or slightly higher. The pressure of the system is controlled by a pressure switch. The main engine can only start when the system pressure reaches the normal set value. When the system pressure is lower than a certain set value, the backup pump will automatically start until the pressure returns to normal.
3、 Structural characteristics
A differential pressure gauge, differential pressure switch or differential pressure transmitter are installed on the double tube filter. When the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the filter exceeds 0.10~0.15MPa, the control system sends an alarm signal to notify the switching of the working cylinder for cleaning or replacing the filter screen. This device is designed to allow the lubricating medium to pass through the filter first and then through the cooler; Those with higher oil viscosity are more suitable for use.
A continuous reading thermometer and solenoid valve are installed at the inlet of the cooler to observe the inlet water temperature and control the cooling on or off. At the oil outlet of the system, there is a temperature sensor installed to control the working oil temperature; When the outlet oil temperature exceeds a certain set temperature, the solenoid water valve automatically opens and the cooler is put into operation until the oil temperature returns to normal. When the cooler needs to be replaced or repaired, the inlet and outlet valves of the cooler can be closed, the bypass valve can be opened, and the oil can be directly sent to the lubrication point without passing through the cooler.
A bimetallic thermometer, temperature sensor, and liquid level switch are installed on the fuel tank. When the oil temperature in the tank is below a certain set temperature, the system connects to an electric heater to power on or opens a steam valve to heat the oil until it reaches the normal operating oil temperature. When it exceeds 40%, the electric heater is automatically cut off; When the temperature of the oil in the tank is lower than the minimum set temperature, the oil pump cannot start and the oil in the tank needs to be heated. When the liquid level in the tank reaches the upper or lower limit, the level switch sends an alarm signal.
The device with 'A' after the model number refers to a device with a pressure tank, which can meet the temporary pressure oil supply of the oil stored in the pressure tank to the system for a short time in case of accidents or sudden power outages. However, it should be noted that the general one-way valve on the pressure tank should be installed horizontally and not downwards (for light and small rotary check valves, upward installation is allowed).
Equipped with an electrical control cabinet and dashboard, it is convenient to observe operating parameters and can achieve automatic control and accident alarm.
