1、 Usage conditions

This product is suitable for use in the thin oil circulation lubrication system of large equipment such as mills, rotary kilns, and motors equipped with dynamic and static bearings. Its working medium is various industrial lubricating oils ranging from N22 to N320 (equivalent to ISOVG22 to VG320).

According to the principle of dynamic and static lubrication, a high-pressure system is used during startup, low-speed, and parking, and a low-pressure system is used during normal operation to ensure reliable lubrication of large machinery at various speeds and extend the service life of the main engine.

The high-pressure section of the oil station has a pressure of 31.5MPa and a flow rate of 2.5L/min. The pressure in the low-pressure section is 0.4MPa; The flow rate is 16~125L/min, and the oil station has filtering, cooling, heating and other devices, as well as interlocking, alarm, self-control and other functions.

3、 Working principle and structural characteristics

This product mainly consists of an oil tank (equipped with a magnetic filter), a low-pressure oil pump device, a high-pressure oil pump device, a double tube mesh filter, a cooler, pipelines, valves, instrument panels, and an electric control cabinet.

Before starting the main engine, start the low-pressure pump first. When the low-pressure oil supply pressure is normal, start the high-pressure oil pump connected to the low-pressure pipeline through the suction port. The high-pressure oil is sent to the static pressure bearing through the high-pressure check valve. When the high pressure reaches a certain value and the main shaft floats up, the main engine can start, run at low speed or stop; After the main engine speed is normal, the high-pressure pump can be stopped, but the low-pressure oil pump must supply oil normally; The low-pressure oil pump draws oil from the oil tank, passes through a one-way valve, a double tube mesh filter, and a cooler before flowing to the static pressure bearing to maintain normal oil supply to the main engine; If the high-pressure pump and low-pressure pump still need to supply oil at regular intervals after the host stops, the intermittent oil supply to the lubrication point will be controlled by a time relay.

The specific values of high and low pressure are controlled by the low-pressure safety valve and high-pressure relief valve in the system, respectively.

When the host is running normally, one low-pressure pump is in operation and the other is on standby. If the system pressure drops to a certain value, the standby pump will start and put into operation. When the normal pressure is reached, the standby pump will stop. If the pressure still drops to a certain value after the standby pump is started, an alarm signal will be issued to stop the main engine.

When the high-pressure plunger pump has a malfunction and the pressure cannot make the main shaft float, the pressure controller sends an alarm signal, and the main engine cannot start or stop. The filter is placed in front of the cooler to allow oil with lower viscosity to pass through the filter first, in order to improve the filtering effect. One filter cylinder works and the other cylinder is standby, controlled by a manual switching valve.

When the oil level in the fuel tank is too low or too high, a signal is sent by the oil level indicator to manually refuel or stop refueling.

There is a magnetic mesh filter installed in the fuel tank, which can simultaneously filter and adsorb iron particles in the oil.

The complete supply of the oil station is equipped with instruments and an electrical control box to display operating parameters and achieve automatic control, manual control or alarm of the oil station.

The fuel tank is equipped with an electric contact bimetallic thermometer, which sends a signal when the oil temperature is low. The electric heater is manually turned on, and when the set temperature is reached, the electric heater is automatically turned off.
