1、 Overview

This joint oil station is a lubricating oil system that is matched with the carrier gas compressor unit and the cold air fan unit, used to supply lubricating oil to the relevant parts of the compressor and fan. The working medium is ISOVG46. The oil supply pressure of the joint oil station is 0.4MPa (G), and the inlet oil pressure of the compressor unit and fan unit is 0.2MPa (G). This oil pressure is the guaranteed value on the lubricating oil main pipe next to the compressor unit and fan unit. The lubricating oil system for the carrier gas compressor unit and the air conditioning fan unit only shares the oil station chassis and the oil tank inside the chassis.

3、 Working principle

This joint oil station consists of a main oil tank, a high-level oil tank, a three valve group, main and auxiliary oil pump devices, oil filters, oil coolers, instrument detection and control devices, pipelines, valves, etc.

During operation, lubricating oil is drawn out from the oil tank by the oil pump, and after passing through the check valve, cooler, and oil filter, it is directly sent to the lubrication point of the equipment. Then, it is filtered back to the oil tank through the built-in return magnetic mesh filter along the system return oil main pipe. When the outlet pressure of the oil pump exceeds the set pressure of the safety valve, the safety valve automatically opens and excess oil flows back to the oil tank. The maximum working pressure of the gas station is 1.0MPa, the minimum working pressure is 0.12MPa, and the normal oil supply pressure is 0.4MPa. According to the lubrication requirements, the operating pressure is determined by adjusting the self operated regulating valve or overflow valve to ensure stable and reliable supply of lubricating oil to the compressor.

4、 Structural characteristics and control

1. The gas station adopts a centralized layout with a shared base, on which the stainless steel main oil tank, oil pump device, check valve, safety valve, globe valve, oil filter, oil cooler, instrument panel, junction box, etc. are all installed. There are oil leakage collection tanks and discharge valves on the base for centralized discharge. Users only need to connect external pipelines to put it into use.

2. The thin oil lubrication station has two pump devices, one in operation and one as backup. Under normal operation, the working oil pump runs. When the system pressure is lower than the set value of the pressure regulator, the backup pump automatically starts and starts working to ensure the continued supply of lubricating oil to the main engine. When the pressure returns, the backup pump will automatically stop.

3. The oil filter adopts a stainless steel double tube filter that can be switched online, with stable and reliable operation, compact structure, and easy maintenance. The filter has a filtration capacity of 120% of the flow rate, and the filter element material is polyester fiber. One set of filter elements is in operation, and the other set is for backup. The oil filter can be switched, cleaned, or replaced without stopping the oil station. When the working filter needs to be replaced, use a conversion valve to make the spare filter work, and then remove the original working filter.

4. The cooler adopts a double tube oil cooler with good cooling effect, light weight, small volume, and low pressure drop. The oil passes through the cooler to the lubrication point to ensure the oil temperature. The inlet temperature of the tubular cooler is 53 ℃, the outlet temperature is 45 ℃, the inlet temperature is 32 ℃, the outlet temperature is 36 ℃, the inlet pressure is 0.34MPa, and the outlet pressure is 0.2MPa. The specific parameters are subject to the actual working conditions.

5. The electric heating is of the oil injection sleeve type, with an oil injection volume of 90L and a heat transfer oil grade of 320. When heating, open the vent valve on the heater.

6. A safety valve is independently installed at the outlet of the two pumps, with a set pressure of 0.6 MPa. When the system malfunctions and the oil pressure exceeds the set pressure, the safety valve automatically opens to relieve pressure, causing the oil to overflow back into the oil tank, stabilizing the system pressure and protecting the pump.

7. The return oil port is equipped with a return oil magnetic mesh filter, which filters iron filings and other metal objects in the return oil after lubrication to ensure the cleanliness of the oil.

8. To ensure the temperature and pressure requirements of the lubricating oil in the compressor unit, necessary pressure gauges, temperature gauges, differential pressure gauges, platinum resistance thermometers, differential pressure transmitters, etc. are installed on the oil station pipeline.

9. Reserve one upper and one lower oil filter interface for the fuel tank.

10. The gas station is equipped with an explosion-proof control box, installed on the base of the gas station. Its main functions include: local start and stop of various oil pumps, local start and stop of oil tank electric heaters, mutual use and backup of oil pumps as main and auxiliary functions, and coordination with the user DCS to achieve related functions.
