This product is suitable for dynamic axial flow fans, and its working medium is L-TSA46-68 # turbine oil. The oil supply of the gas station is divided into two parts: low-pressure lubrication of the fan bearings and motor bearings, and high-pressure control of the blades. It mainly consists of an oil tank, an oil pump, a heater, an oil cooler, an oil filter, pipelines, valves, a control instrument system, and an electrical control cabinet (which can be controlled by PLC).

1、 Working principle

When the gas station is working, the working oil pump sucks out the oil from the tank, and after passing through the one-way valve, double tube filter, and oil cooler, it is divided into two paths. One path is sent to the lubrication point required by the fan or motor, and the other path controls the opening angle of the fan blades. According to the requirements of lubrication and control, the system pressure is determined by adjusting the pressure reducing valve and safety relief valve. When the working pressure of the oil station exceeds the set pressure of the valve, the safety valve will automatically open, and excess oil will flow back to the oil tank. The return oil is filtered through the return oil pipe, return oil window, and return oil magnetic filter before entering the oil tank.

2、 Composition and structural characteristics of gas stations:

2.1 Fuel Tank: The fuel tank is equipped with a liquid level switch, oil level gauge, temperature sensor or switch, air filter, and a magnetic filtering device at the return port.

2.2 Two oil pump units: one in operation and one as backup. Two pumps can be used alternately, and in the event of a main pump failure, the backup pump can immediately supply lubricating oil to the system, ensuring that the oil supply is not affected.

2.3 Double tube filter: To ensure the reliability of the normal operation of the host, there are two sets of filter elements inside the filter, one for operation and one for backup, and an external differential pressure switch is connected. When the pressure difference exceeds 0.15MPa, an alarm is issued. The backup filter element can be operated without stopping the machine by using a conversion valve, and the working filter element can be removed for replacement.

2.4 Oil cooler: The oil cooler can be turned on when the oil supply temperature exceeds 45 ℃. Open the cooling water and inlet/outlet valves to cool the oil. The cooler adopts a tube or plate type with dual coolers, one for use and one for backup.

2.5 Electric heater: The electric heater is automatically controlled by a Pt100 platinum thermistor or temperature switch installed on the oil tank. When the oil temperature is lower than a certain temperature setting value, the heater will automatically start working; When the oil temperature exceeds another set temperature, the heater automatically stops.

2.6 Basic configuration of instrument system:

Control the oil inlet main with one on-site monitoring pressure gauge, two pressure switches (SOR products), and one pressure transmitter.

The fuel tank is equipped with a level gauge and one level switch (SOR product).

The fuel tank is equipped with a temperature switch (SOR product), one bimetallic thermometer each, or a thermal resistor installed.

One on-site monitoring pressure gauge is installed at the outlet of the oil pump.

One on-site monitoring pressure gauge is installed at the lubricating oil outlet. Two flow switches (HONGSBERG product), one for motor lubrication and one for fan lubrication.

One differential pressure switch (SOR product) is installed before and after the oil filter.

2.7 Basic configuration of on-site electrical control box

The randomly matched power control box meets the national standard GB7251 'Low voltage switchgear', and the protection level of the control box is indicated according to the provisions of GB4942.2 'Protection level of low-voltage electrical enclosures'. The protection level of the control box is not lower than that of the main equipment. The control and relay protection design of electrical equipment follows relevant current national and industry standards. The electrical control box is equipped with a dual power supply device and a DCS interface to achieve manual and remote control of the hydraulic oil station, as well as control of oil station faults and temperature, alarm, main and auxiliary pump motors
