The nominal oil supply pressure of the lubrication station is 0.4Mp; Filtering accuracy of 0.08~0.12mm; Cooling water temperature ≤ 28 ℃, cooling water pressure 0.2~0.3MPa; The inlet oil temperature of the heat exchanger is 50 ℃, with a temperature drop of 7-8 ℃; When using steam heating, the steam pressure is 0.2~0.4MPa.

3、 Working principle
During operation, the oil is pumped out of the oil tank by a gear pump, passes through a one-way valve, a double tube mesh oil filter, and a tubular oil cooler, and is directly sent to the lubrication point of the equipment. The maximum oil supply pressure of the gas station is 0.4 MPa, and the minimum oil supply pressure is 0.1 MPa. According to the requirements of the lubrication point, the operating pressure is determined by adjusting the safety valve. When the working pressure of the gas station exceeds the set pressure of the safety valve, the safety valve will automatically open, and excess oil will flow back to the oil tank. When working normally, one oil pump is in operation and the other is on standby. Sometimes, when the fuel consumption of the equipment needs to increase for some reason, the system pressure drops. When it drops to the set value, the standby pump automatically starts and works together through the pressure regulator control until it returns to normal, and then the standby pump automatically stops. If the oil pressure continues to drop to another set value, an accident alarm will occur through another pressure regulator control.
One set of filter elements of the dual tube mesh oil filter is in operation, and one set of filter elements is for backup. A dual needle dual tube pressure gauge is connected at the inlet and outlet. When the pressure difference exceeds 0.15Mpa (250/min, 0.05~0.1Mpa for the thin oil station), manual switching is performed, and the backup filter element is put into operation. The original working filter element is removed, and the filter element is cleaned or replaced.
The oil outlet of the gas station is connected to a pressure type electric contact thermometer, which sets the maximum and minimum limits according to the requirements of the oil supply temperature. At the lowest point, the signal light is on, and the oil heater is manually turned on for heating. When the oil temperature rises to the highest point, the oil heater is automatically cut off and heating is stopped.
A thin oil station with a flow rate of ≥ 250L/min uses steam to heat the lubricating oil in the oil tank. An additional instrument is installed in the dashboard to detect the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet pipes of the cooler, and its main components are separately mounted on the base; All components of the lean oil station with a flow rate of less than 125L/min are installed on the fuel tank, forming a monolithic structure.
