The HNGGD type AC low-voltage distribution cabinet is used for power users such as power plants, substations, factories, and mining enterprises. It serves as an AC 50-60Hz distribution system with a rated working current up to 3150A, and is used for power conversion, distribution, and control of power, lighting, and distribution equipment.
Conditions of Use
1. The ambient temperature shall not be higher than+40 ℃ and not lower than -5 ℃.
When installing and using the product, the altitude of the usage location should not exceed 2000M.
3. The relative humidity of the surrounding air should not exceed 90% (+25 ℃).
4. The equipment should be installed in places without severe vibration and impact, as well as in places where electrical components are not corroded.
5. The relative humidity of the surrounding air should not exceed 5% at a maximum temperature of 40 degrees Celsius, and larger relative temperatures are allowed at lower temperatures, taking into account the possible impact of condensation caused by temperature changes
6. The equipment should be installed in places without severe vibration and impact, as well as in places where electrical components are not corroded enough
When users have special requirements, they can negotiate with the manufacturer to resolve them
Structural characteristics
1. Divided by purpose: power receiving cabinet, busbar connection cabinet, feeder cabinet, motor control cabinet, reactive power compensation cabinet, lighting distribution cabinet.
2. Cabinet structure:
(1) The cabinet frame is assembled by partial welding of 8MF cold-formed steel, and there are installation holes arranged in modules of E=20mm and E=100mm on the frame to improve the universality of product assembly.
(2) The ZMJ type busbar clamp formed by thermoplastic molding of high flame retardant PPO material has a modular bonding structure with high mechanical strength and insulation.
(3) The cabinets with a width of 1000mm and 1200mm adopt a symmetrical double door structure on the front, while the cabinets with a width of 600mm and 800mm adopt a whole door structure. The cabinet body adopts a symmetrical double door structure at the back and is not installed against the wall.
(4) The cabinet door is connected to the frame with a galvanized pivot hinge, which is easy to install and disassemble. There is a rubber strip at the folded edge of the door.
(5) The installation components inside the cabinet are connected to the frame using grounding screws to form a complete grounding protection circuit.
(6) The top cover of the cabinet can be removed when needed to facilitate the assembly and adjustment of the main busbar.
